Perfect location with view on the sea in walking distance from restaurants and shops. Private parking is super. the host is very friendly and helpfull. Everything you need is in the house. We had a wonderfull week in this place.

Cela fait 46 ans que je viens à Mimizan plage et que nous louons des maisons et appartements. Cette location fait parti de notre top 3. Rien à dire tellement nous étions bien. La localisation est parfaite. Logement est bien entretenu, bien équipé. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun soucis. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et il est facile de communiquer avec eux. L'année prochaine, nous savons où nous irons !!😊

Appartement idéalement situé face à la mer

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Mimizan. Nous remercions Mme Wroblewski pour sa confiance. Elle est très serviable et sympathique. Rien ne manque dans l'appartement qui est très fonctionnel, tout à été pensé. Il jouxte la grande plage d'un côté et le centre de Mimizan plage et son animation de l'autre. Tout se fait à pied, sans voiture ! Belle vue sur la mer de la terrasse, nous sommes bercés par le bruit des vagues. Nous y retournerons ! Merci encore.

Séjour réussi

séjour vraiment bien les pieds dans l'eau (plage à une vingtaine de mètres) peu de voisins en cette période et un parking sécurisé. Un grand calme en somme. Pour se qui est de tout les équipements, on est au top et Mme Wroblewski a toujours été à l'écoute, disponible et très sympa donc pour tout cela, je mets 5 étoiles et je recommande.

Just what we needed after lockdown

Perfect size for a family of 3 or 4. Right next to the beach, apartment had everything we needed. Host Sarah was lovely to deal with, also quick to respond especially when we booked last minute. Lots of places to eat in the Mimizan, but the views from the apartment balcony made us cook most of our meals in the apartment. Plenty of space on the beach for social distancing and there are life guards. The apartment made our long drive from the UK worth it, would definitely recommend and book again.
