We launched the boat on the first day and kept it at the dock at night. That allowed my daughter and I to have the truck to explore surrounding towns while they fished. “My wife, son who is soon to graduate from college and I flew from Montana to Texas for the total eclipse on April 8th 2024. We wanted a nice place away from the busy Dallas area. We were very pleased with our stay. The "Tiny House" was very comfortable, well furnished, stocked with coffee and other goodies and overall a perfect spot for our few days of retreat. “We stayed here in March during Spring Break. The drive here was gorgeous with all the wisteria in bloom. We always try to choose a waterfront VRBO, and this one did not disappoint! The home was very comfortable and relaxing. We spent lots of time on the dock and caught endless numbers of bluegill using just tiny pieces of hotdog.
