Wonderful Lake Anna home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Overwatch. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved spending the mornings and nights on the screened in porch and our days down on the dock. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The house has two person kayaks so we could take our little kids out with us. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home on quiet cove

House was exactly as described. Kitchen is well stocked with nice quality pans. Loved all of the games, the kayaks and paddle boards. We played a lot of foosball too. We’d love to return again. We rented a boat from boat setters.com which worked perfectly. Had a great day of boating and tubing. Wonderful family time.

3 day weekend family lake getaway

We had a great time staying at your beautiful home with our adult children. It was our first time staying at Lake Anna and we will definitely be back! Your home was very clean and perfect for our family. We loved the screened porch and sitting area down by the dock was great. Just a few suggestions, we could not find a can opener or toaster. And we couldn't get the icemaker to work. Also, my son brought his canoe and could not find a safe place to put it in the water and get in it. Perhaps a floating dock to stage canoes and kayaks would be helpful. No matter, we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and look forward to staying here in the future.

Excellent stay!!!

It was a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate a birthday. Needless to say that our birthday girl was very happy. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished. It is located in a private cove, so it was very quiet. We were able to use the kayaks and paddleboards and the still serene waters made it easy to do so. The house is situated high above and the view from the screened in porch is truly magical. There so many things to gush about. The vacation guest department was also very responsive and accommodating. The only thing I would like to mention is that the water source is most likely well water, which has a certain odor, so an awareness of that is good to know prior to booking. It is otherwise a small detail. We are already planning our return next year. We intend to make it an annual visit.

We had an amazing week! The house had lovely decor and had everything we needed! The mattresses were comfortable and we enjoyed eating on the deck and relaxing on the screened in porch. The dock by the water was perfect for tying up our boat and sitting in the sun. A perfect spot!

Great house but for steep walk to lake (No hand rails). Comfy beds, great decor. Docks is full of spiders and hard to get kayak in, but sitting area is lovely as is screen porch. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Property but Not Good customer Service

Bathtub was broken, no ice melt for the walkways and my daughter fell on the sidewalk, refrigerator filter needed to be replaced. After MULTIPLE attempts to contact the property management team with no response...our stay was not as pleasant as we hoped it would be. I would suggest that you bring your own cookware as they are lacking...not even a toaster.
