“The host was absolutely excellent, really nice even opening dining room for an early breakfast as we had a bus to catch to Santiago at the nearby terminal 5 minute walk. The walls are thin and we could here conversation from 2 different rooms. There is only liquid soap provided and 2 small ancient raggedy towels, so the high review score seems totally incorrect. ”

“solo rescatar lugar limpio ,duchas con limitación de tiempo (excesivo de corto y presionar a cada momento para poder ducharte ) agua menos que tibia ,almohadas incomodas y lo peor música y conversación en su terraza mientras tiene pasajeros toda la noche , que no dejaron dormir bien en toda la noche ... sin estacionamiento te deriva a un estacionamiento que te cobra $ 8.000 por noche ,.. sus dueños trato cordial nada que decir .. ”

“The hostel is located near the market, which makes the area feel unsafe at night. The staff and volunteers were inattentive. The rooms are very dark and overcrowded with too many beds, leaving little space to move around or store luggage. There is only a small window, which doesn’t provide enough natural light or ventilation. Although there are a few seating areas, they feel cramped and are furnished with unattractive furniture. I do not recommend this hostel.”

“Below average as is not only outdated but smelly. We had 2 rooms and one could not be used to shower as the place was poorly designed and the shower water run out of the bathroom towards the room’s floor. there was no bath/edge to contain the water in the shower area. There are weird steps inside the room, catching my toes every time I walked to the toilet. There were drilling noises coming from next door at midnight. The staff said there was nothing they could do. Didn’t even offer to change……

“Amazing place, with lovely rooms wtih an excellent and quiet ambiance. I suggest you contact the property directly since it is a bit hard doing it through this app, they might give you a discount if you do so.. you can find them on ggl mps. highly recommended if you stop by in LA SERENA ”

“The company’s policy of no early check-in, even though the room was available, was absurd. The room itself was not what we expected; it was old and in poor condition, contrary to the pictures on the website. To top it off, there was no internet access during the entire stay. I’m not recommending this hotel to a family or either a friend ”
