“I stayed for 1 week in this apartment. This was a nice, affordable building in a questionable area of MPLS. Being somewhat city street-smart, I overall felt safe in the building and my apartment. “Safe and quiet super cute neighborhood with free street parking. Great location, we were able to get easily to all of our destinations. Clean from inside to outside and well represented in posted photos. Unit was modern and relaxing. Great communication with host, prompt and informative incredible customer service! Incredible value for the price. I highly recommend this host and this unit. I would gladly rent from them anytime without hesitation.”

“The place are pretty good discipline quiet”

“Host was accommodating to our schedule. She kept in touch and was accessible to our needs.”

“This property is in a great location. It was a rainy weekend but the fire pit looked amazing. I wish there would have been more opportunity to wipe feet before we entered the house and unit. The response to any needs were met immediately. The temperature in the unit was controlled remotely. Even though there was always immediate response, it would be nice to control ourselves.”

“I was unable to check in because the hotel cancelled all reservations for that weekend.I was informed that all refunds were issued and emails were sent out informing of cancellation. I did not receive an email informing me if the cancellation and I am still waiting for a refund. The host is not from the United States and they do not respond to emails. O top of everything else I noticed I was double charged for this booking as well. Very disappointed.”
