This includes ID verification and the submission of a selfie, designed to foster a secure environment. Be advised that flagged IDs or indications of credit card fraud may result in the cancellation of the reservation, with a full refund promptly issued. Our comfy studio apartments are the perfect spot for two guests, with queen-sized beds and full bathrooms. Unwind in front of your entertainment center that comes with WiFi and a Roku. To maintain the optimal condition of our heating and cooling units, please refrain from setting the thermostat lower than 67 degrees Fahrenheit when on cool or higher than 75 degrees Fahrenheit when on heat. Deviating from these settings may result in damage to the units, potentially leaving you without AC or heat until emergency maintenance can address the issue.
