Good weekend stay

Nice, comfortable stay. Walkable neighborhood w/ lake nearby. Loved the fireplace. Looks like the picture although not as much natural light as in picture

Quiet Neighborhood

We came from California with our daughter and family to visit our grandson and his family. We found the location close to them and this home was in a beautiful neighborhood with a lake across the street and walking paths. We enjoyed the pool too. We had a great time!

City living country feel

This home was the perfect place for our family. We came from out of town for a wedding with children and granparents. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped, home was beatiful and beds were comfortable. All the amenities were great. We were impressed how safe and quiet the neighbirhood was being so close to the city. This was a great value for what we got!

Great weekend stay for family!

Perfect place for family in town for my son’s graduation weekend! Communication was great, house layout worked well, and comfortable for the 8 adults who flew in to join us! Only thing I’d note is we were charged a pool heating fee, but the pool wasn’t opened yet. Not sure if that was an error? Weather was perfect, so would’ve been nice to use it, but not be necessary! Neighborhood was nice and parking was easy! Great value for the location/ property! Thank you!!

We all enjoyed the property! It's very comfortable and the kitchen is great. We did get lots of use out of the pool. We will be back.

Stayed here with family while a younger family member played in the US Cup soccer tourney in Blaine. Absolutely perfect experience!! Lovely gardens, comfortable beds, enough space to spread out and also enough common space for our family to connect. Impressive spice collection and small appliances for cooking!

Nice but Overpriced

It was a nice house in a seemingly decent location although we heard several gunshots in the distance in the evenings. The property is nice and the pool is great. Just make sure to be inside by 10pm because the neighbors will call the police if they hear voices outside after that. Definitely avoid this property if you like to stay up late and enjoy the pool/outdoor area. I was outside with my 5 & 10 year old swimming and talking normally with no music playing on a Friday night and the neighbors called the police.The property is actually across the street from the shore and there is no lake access without going down the block so it is a misleading to call this "Shoreline Villa". All things considered this property is nice but significantly over-priced.
