“We had a very nice holiday with our large family here. It is a sprawling house with tons of space for everyone. The hosts were very accommodating for our pet situation which was a big deal for us. We were excited for the game room and entertainment area but the games and furniture were pretty worn out and should really be replaced/updated. The host might also consider suggesting to guests that they bring drinking water. ”

"Everything is good except for not notifying us there is a 24 hours open Gym next to our room. And the noise comes from the Gym is sooo loud since 6am. I called the front desk, and the lady obviously know that the noise will affect the rooms close to the gym. And she was quite nice to promise to send someone to stop it. But never stops actually. And the next day, I went to the front desk, expressing my disappointment about this. She talked about the rights to use the GYM while I talked about the service and notification ahead about the possible gym noises. And the attitude from her was really bad. This is a really bad experience. "
