“This unit has everything you need for a quick mountain getaway! The bedroom and living rooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies for basic meals, and the location is excellent! Walking distance from one trailhead and so close to Minturn shops and restaurants. The hosts were very communicative and even dropped off a box fan for us when the temps got kind of toasty. Overall, a great spot to stay! ”

“This is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting, it has everything you need to host a large group (plates, sheets, etc.) and the labeling in the kitchen is such a nice touch. Cannot say enough nice things about his home and the hosts. ”

“I enjoyed how close it was to restaurants and shops. We had hot water in showers and the heater really heated the space well. The bed in the back is full size and not a queen. We wish we knew that but there is a pull out bed if the full size doesn't work for you.”

“Very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped and supplied, except we couldn’t find any ice trays. Our one disappointment was that the patio wasn’t more attractive. An umbrella or awning for shade and a few pots of flowers to replace the weeds would have made it a much pleasanter place to hang out. The hot tub was great. ”

“The location was great and the home was clean. There also isn't a long list of things to do before leaving, so that was nice. The listing stated there was a double queen in the second bedroom and a bunk bed in a loft or other area. The second bedroom had only one queen bed, and there was no bunk bed; instead, it featured a pull-out sofa. I tried reaching out, but they don't respond and only give a number to call. “We traveled over from Denver looking for some quiet and space. This property offered both in abundance, and was clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the location equidistant between Alma and Fairplay, as we were able to run into both towns easily. Communication was easy, polite, and responsive as well.”
