The room was fantastic! It was exactly what we needed for our group. Clean enough for the baby to crawl around on the floors, plenty of space for all of us. The location is amazing! We had a great time and would love to stay again!!

Beach vacation

The place was perfectly situated. We loved the 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The bunk beds were perfect for the kids. The patio provided the perfect view and the beach was just across the street. We loved having beach service included (umbrella and 2 chairs.) The pool was large and warm! The area is quiet and has nice walking paths but not much else. If you are looking for a location where you can walk to shops or have a lot to do other than the beach/pool within walking distance, this area is not that.

Everything was great with the stay! The only reason I gave 4 stars on the cleanliness of the property instead of 5 was the fact that my son's bunk bed had some sand in the sheets. I figured this might be somewhat unavoidable. This was our second time here at this same condo and we will definitely be going back!!

Great Choice

Room was exactly as we expected, I understand the lower ratings on cleaning, they might want to do an inspection one day of their cleaners- we checked in right at 3 and I panicked the cleaners hadn't been there as there was still stuff on the floors and sand in the showers but the beds were clean and we don't mind having to mop up a bit.

Great location

We had a ground floor unit which was just perfect for us. We did not use the fitness center but we did use the pool a couple of times and it’s really nice. Beach access was great. I plan to book again for sure!

we found the condo as listed. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

It is a great condo in a great location and we enjoyed our stay there. I have only one very minor suggestion and that is to have grab bars in the bathtubs. I have them in my home tub and missed having them. Again, just a personal preference of mine. Overall, A wonderful condo for a vacation.

Perfect location and view but...

Perfect location and view. Unit and building were laid out nicely, fully equipped and pool was nice. Management was responsive and easy to work with. As another reviewer noted it wasn’t very clean, surfaces were sticky and the floors were dirty. No visible dirt, but didn’t appear to have been deeply cleaned in a while or even mopped. Also the main bedroom bed is well past it’s prime, was uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle of the bed. Overall nice unit, main furniture could use updates, bed, couch, outdoor cushions. We would book again if they made these change. Also good to know there is no screen in the sliding doors facing the ocean on this first floor unit.

Perfect family get away

We had a great time on our family vacation. We come to the Destin area every year and this has been one of our favorite places we have stayed at. Location to the beach is great, and the condo was awesome. Very clean very nice and a wonderful place to stay. My family had a blast and we will be back to stay at this location.

Great place! Great location!

Property is just as described and shows in the pictures. Our pups loved it and girls too. Perfect location with quick access to the beach. Fun to people watch from the patio and enjoyed taking the dogs for multiple walks a day! First time staying with pets which was interesting, but it wasn’t a problem in the area. Many people had pets and it was fun visiting with all the neighbors.

Gorgeous Place!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay ! It was a BEAUTIFUL condo and loved the location... close to everything and loved being able to sit on the patio look at the ocean and people watch..one of our favorite things to do.. The only negative things that I have to say were .. The floors were not clean at all! That was very disappointing...and we were not allowed to bring our dog on the beach....
