Wonderful condo

This condo was perfect for our 5 guests. The balcony was huge and the view was amazing. Everything was close by and the beach was just beautiful!

The property was overall a great place. Roomy and comfortable. Bed slept great and the bathrooms were large. The staff went above and beyond. We will stay there again.

Beach Trip

This property was well suited for our needs on our recent beach trip. The accommodations were clean and well furnished. We would return to this location if we head back to Destin for another trip.

Great place to get away

The condo was clean and as advertised. A great view from the large balcony and short walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable. Management was quick to respond to questions.

A quick trip to the nearby grocery store set us up for the week. The beach was steps out our back door and was in pristine condition. The pool was beautiful and very well kept. Restaurants, shopping and all the activities we enjoyed were 1/2 hour or less away. We loved our experience at Tranquil Tides.

Water leak ruined stay

There was a water leak from an upstairs a/c unit that had the carpet saturated in the second bedroom. After notifying the property management, we had lost use of the second room with the carpet pulled up and fans and humidifier (water line going into bathtub) so our kids only stayed 2 nights. This issue had been going on well before our stay and no one reported it (not even cleaning people). There were people in and out of the condo and we were very accommodating for the service people to be able to take care of this benefiting the owners and future guests. The property management company was very apologetic and responded to our communication. I feel like we should get refunded a substantial part of what we paid. The 220 refund doesn’t even cover the VRBO fee. If I did the damage, they would make me pay!

Great Family Spring break get away with plenty of beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Confortable, spacious space, with plenty of room for two teens. The property was clean, management was professional and checked on us via text almost daily to ensure we were ok. Family and kid friendly, we felt safe. We highly recommend this properly and location. Near Destin and Panama City. Only thing for us would be to visit latter in the spring when it is warmer. We still got a few warm sunny days.

Great trip

This was our first time using this property and also first time with the VRBO. Communications throughout was excellent. Tides 811 was wonderful and has a great view of the Gulf. We would stay again. Only minor issues beyond control of VRBO is that unit in property 3 places down was undergoing a major face lift and so during the day it made it difficult to rest in rented unit and also difficult to lay out by pool. Also we could easily hear noises from up above or below our unit. Other than that it was a wonderful place. We would rent again in this property.

An Amazing Stay!

To begin, I was contacted before our stay and given a step by step guide for everything we would need to know regarding check in, our stay, and check out. Not to mention many extras available to us. The little details that were provided was so nice! We received a text each day to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. Not to mention this was the CLEANEST condo I have ever visited. I will not stay with anyone else after this experience. Absolutely perfect!

Needs updating…bring own blankets

The property was nice…unit 0811 was all the way at the end of the hall, on the opposite side of the trash shoot. The blankets were rough and the pillows did not have pillow cases. Our first night the main pool was occupied by someone’s vomit. The friendly bartender told me it wasn’t her responsibility and that an older, female pool tenant was notified-4 hours ago….😳 we spent the rest of the vacation at the public pool (without gate codes). Upon checkout, i went to get a cart from Down stairs and my 13 year old and 7 year old came down to tell me two men walked into the unit with bags and they didn’t speak English. That will be the last of the our stays at tides.
