Relaxation in Sandestin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Sandestin. This is my favorite rental so far. I love the entrance, which allows my pup to relax outside in the shade, the golf cart, and the soft white bedding. The bedroom at the top of the steps (and down the hall) gets intense morning sun, so choose wisely in the summer.

Relaxing Oasis

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My teenage daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this Beachwalk Villa very much. The view of the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt very safe and at ease there. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and to be able to cook meals. Our absolute favorite part was the golf cart which made it a breeze to zip around to the pool, beach and Baytowne Wharf for dinner and shopping. Check in and out was easy. The outside windows could use a washing but, other than that, everything was exceptional and I would highly recommend this unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we really liked the unit. The interior was super nice. Master bed was so comfy! Very modern, sleek look. Beautiful decor, but could use a deep clean. Nothing that would deter us from staying again, but baseboards and bathroom vanity’s were pretty dusty/dirty. The exterior could use some better upkeep. I don’t know if that’s up to the owner, or maybe the property manager/cleaners (again). When we arrived, there was an empty beer box and a random wash cloth on the front porch with all the beach toys. I threw both away, and then washed my hands really good lol. The golf cart was great! We had never stayed away from the ocean (granted, the unit is still really close) but having the golf cart was an extra perk and fun to cruise on.

Less Than Perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The check in process was great and the communication with the management company was excellent. Unfortunately, the property was not cleaned properly. When sitting on the living room furniture, I had an allergic reaction due to animal hair/dander on the furniture and in the rug. The management company was very helpful in that they brought over a brand new vacuum to clean with. My husband thoroughly vacuumed the living room area. There was dog food (this is a NO pet property), cereal, chips and a dessicated frog under the furniture and a full canister in the vacuum with dirt, animal hair, etc. Even with cleaning, I still would have an allergic reaction and couldn't enjoy the living room at all. There also was hair in a drawer in the bathroom upstairs.
