Majestic Sun 1006B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.
Upon entering this updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 4 while the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The master king suite and private bathroom. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children, and a full bathroom off the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This condo can be reserved alone or with the adjoining condo, 1007B. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.
At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

My family stayed for 4 days and it was awesome Condo was nice, beach was right across street. Only downside was opening the balcony doors and instead of smelling the air from the beach, you smelled someone smoking on another balcony. Otherwise I would stay again.

The condo was great but there were a few things that need to be addressed. The mattresses on the bunk beds were very uncomfortable and the king bed was pretty worn out. The ironing board needs to be replaced. Also, the pool hours should be extended considering the cost to stay Majestic Sun. That said, we had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view and brief walk across Scenic 98 to the beach!

Things I enjoyed: view of the beach and people running and walking their dogs, bed was comfy, great ice maker, great breakfast at the Whales tail just a short walk away, Wind Dixie very close by. Things I didn't like: loud construction outside my door, Condo and fitness room needs updating. Code to get in the pool and fitness center needs to be the same number.

I get two weeks a year vacation and was really looking forward to some relaxing time off. We had never been to Destin and decided to go. After research at VRBO I decided on condo 1006B at Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach Florida. Destin Palms made the rental process very easy. Their app. was also a added convenience. Two thousand dollars for six days was a stretch for me but I was determined to get a nice place with a good view of the ocean. We were very pleased with the security, building structure and view. Everyone was nice to us. Where it fell short was the room contents. The sofa squeeked and sat low as if the springs were gone. The t.v. would sometimes not come on and other times not want to turn off. The carpet was in need of replacing. The dryer took three cycles to dry a load of clothes, and worst of all the bed mattress was thin and very uncomfortable. The only new furniture was the coffee and end tables and bedroom set. The mattress was not new. The location was excellent and I love the area. The building was well kept and clean. We made the best of it and enjoyed our stay anyway, but it could have definitely been better, for the price we paid. I would go back to Majestic Sun but never apartment 1006B.

After reading some of the reviews of the condos at Majestic Sun, I was a little skeptical about staying there. I don't know what others consider to be great place to stay, but I thought it was wonderful!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, umbrella, float, and rolling cooler were provided! The resort gym was really nice also. I was concerned about it being across the street from the beach, but it was such a short walk across the street. The App made the checkin/out process a BREEZE! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again and book with Destin Palms!

Our vacation started on July 4th! We had an amazing view of the Destin fireworks from the beach directly in front of the Majestic Sun! We are huge fans of the Mirimar Beach area so we loved our location. The condo was nice but a little dated. We did notice however that it was not cleaned thoroughly when we arrived as there was loose hair on the bathroom(s) floors. The view from our balcony was truly amazing! We would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family!

First, the entrance door and frame to our room was previously busted up and cracked and really couldn't just close the door... It had to be totally locked. Another disappointment was that the screen sliding glass door going out to our deck was torn almost completely off the frame. It needed to be re screened totally. The choice of leaving the glass door open was useless... Glass door had to always be closed. Wasn't at all what was expected at that fee. Probably wouldn't stay there again. Over all it was a good experience. The rental staff at Destin Palms was very helpful and thoroughly explained every detail(by email). The only thing, when we check in, the lady sitting at the front desks seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. Maybe it was her first day? She had to go and get someone to help us and that person was very helpful.
