Mediterranea 210D-Steps to the private beach

This beautiful unit on the ground floor of the Mediterranea condo was tastefully decorated. It features tiled living room, kitchen, baths, hall and utility room, granite counter tops, nine foot ceilings, wall to wall carpet in both suites, cultured marble bathroom vanities and sinks, and a relaxing garden tub in master bath with separate stand up shower.
King beds in the master bedroom, 2 full beds in the second bedroom and both bedrooms have a private bathroom.
A half bath is located near the entrance of the condo.
Convenience is everything while on vacation so a laundry room is located in your condo!
Wireless internet is featured in this condo to ensure everyone is able to share memories and photos of their wonderful time at Destin!
Not only does this condo have a personal balcony for each suite and living room, but it has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the courtyard area that offers the expansive pool and poolside spa! Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the sugary white sands and emerald green waters, Mediterranea will have you coming back for years and years to come!
The perfect place to bring the family to relax, sit back, and enjoy everything Destin has to offer! Bound to be one of Destin's most sought after properties you just CAN'T go wrong here!
Mediterranea includes a PRIVATE beach access. Your beach is right next to the Pompano Joes restaurant so you can enjoy cocktails or a snack while at the beach, or any time of the day or evening!
This unit does NOT have a private underground parking space. Parking is in the lobby level parking area and is NOT covered.
This unit rents Saturday to Saturday only with a 5 night minimum during Spring Break, Peak Summer, and Fall Break.
Please note- We have very strict Spring Break policies and do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We require there to be one adult over 25 for every two people under 25. We only take family vacations. No exceptions!

210D Mediterranea

We had a great visit to 210D. Only two areas which could use improvement. The master bed on the left side (in you are laying in the bed) slopes to the edge when laying in the bed. Almost if you are going to slide off the bed. 2nd point was the advertised tennis court. We brought gear to play and the court was locked up. Would have been good to know in the listing. Thanks

Cozy and Convenient

There were four adults in our condo unit, Mediterranea 210D. The unit layout was big enough to give each couple privacy. We were on the ground floor which was convenient getting to the pool area and walking to the beach. The Mediterranea is well maintained and has tropical landscaping. We would love to stay at the Mediterranea again. We received good and quick communication from the property management.

Mediterranea 210D was in a great location and overall a nice roomy condo! Our only complaint was the super noisy fan in the master bath. The condo could use some updating, but for our needs it was more than adequate!

Beach Vaca '21

We have stayed in this area for the most part of 15 years now and majority of that time at this property. We love the Mediterranea. It's less crowded than the high-rise condos, beautiful exterior, private beach, big pool, and walking distance to almost anything you need. The only bad thing I could say about this trip was the construction going on at the condo that we were not made aware of. Other than that great place to stay we will go back for sure.

Good value

This property needs updating and deep cleaning. We had some maintenance issues, but the Management company was prompt in responding. The unit really needs a dehumidifier. Our tile floors were wet and slippery, and we could not get them to dry due to the humidity. Overall, it's a decent value for the fee we paid. The location with private beach access right across the street was just what we were looking for.

Disappointed in the overall cleanliness of the condo. Footprints on the floor and windows were dirty. One of the sliding doors was not secured. Excess to the beach was great and the amenities were very good.
