Peaceful

We love staying on the bay side and in The Fairways. Being able to see the beautiful sunrise and sunsets along with nature is a great way to relax. The golf cart makes it great to get around. The property Management is super responsive. We have stayed with other Managements and yhe experience with My Vacation Haven is the best. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed.

Very nice property and great location. The property management group was easy to work with and communication from them was very good. I would suggest that a new cleaning service be hired as there was dust and debris under the master bedroom bed as well as the couch. Overall 4 out of 5 stars and would recommend this property to others. Thank you.

Beach chairs in the beach closet are only comfortable for a child. Not made for an average adult. The condo was nice and loved the golf cart. The furniture was dirty, stained and ripped. The dining chairs were all stained. Should not have white furniture in a rental! Said it had 2 king beds and a pullout. No pullout and only 1 king bed, the other was a queen. False advertising. It was nice to bring our dog and the back deck of the condo was nice. Needs more pots and pans and new dishes and coffee cups.

Great rental, but…

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with views of the golf course. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the patio as it must have gotten worked on prior to our arrival. All of the furniture was moved to the grass area and was covered with dirt. The house was clean, but could use a deep clean. The beds and couch were very soft, which we found uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference. The couch was smelly and had lots of stains. The most disappointing part was that we were not able to use the golf cart during our entire stay, as the battery was dead. The management company said they would address the issue, but we didn’t see much effort in getting it to work. It was also missing the back bench cushion, which only made it a 4 seat golf cart. The company stated that the cart gets inspected before each arrival, which clearly wasn’t the case. Nevertheless, we had a wonderful stay at Sandestin, but we wouldn’t book this property again.

Great Place to Stay

Everything was as listed and the property is very well taken care of. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there from watching the golfers on the porch to sleeping in comfortable beds. Nice kitchen (I think we left the teapot we had to buy), bathrooms and the loft was a nice area for the kids. Thanks again for a great place to stay!

May Vacay!

I stayed here with my husband, 21year old son and my dog. We had a great time! It was so nice to have the golf cart to take to the beach, pool and out to dinner. The house was very comfortable and the location was great! We enjoyed our time very much.

Overall, the stay was good - the house is a pretty good size & well decorated. Details were missing - like check in process was not through the website, it was through text. Most disappointing was the pictures indicated enough seating for our family of 6, which was misleading since the picture was different from the actual seating. Overall, we made it work and enjoyed our week at Sandestin

Beautiful house with a very nice terrace and view. The house was very comfortable and but farther from the beach than we expected. You definitely need to drive or take a tram to get there.

Everything listed on description was accurate. This property is in such a great area and the complimentary golf cart was a perfect addition. Everything you need can be accessed by golf cart, including groceries and numerous stores, beaches, pools, etc. I will definitely return in the future.

Family vacay.

This was a wonderful neighborhood for my family. The pools were very nice and pool temperatures were perfect. The golf cart was an added plus. The condo was clean and all beds were very comfy. Only thing I will advise is that the only bedroom with a TV is the master suite, just in case you sleep with one. Other than that we had absolutely no issues and loved it!
