In the Heart of Old Destin. Sunchase town-homes are the original highly-desired beaches of Destin, and you can't get a better seat. You will be within walking distance to some of Destin's favorite Restaurants. 1 block from the Whales Tale There's no pool here, but the ocean is all yours. Just step off your deck onto your own beach.

A 5 min drive of outlet malls, many restaurants, and other retail shopping. Want to go to the Destin Harbor, then give yourself ten minutes driving time, and you're there.

Purchased in 2013 this newly remodeled unit is a 'no smoking, no pets. It has 2 Bedrooms which sleep between two to eight people. The unit comes fully equipped has a King Size master bedroom overlooking the ocean with a private balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed with trundle bed. The guest bedroom also has its own full bath, lastly, a foldout queen in the living room with half bath provides three separate private sleeping spaces. There is a full kitchen and 2.5 baths. It comes with a 3 Flatscreen TV's including a 70' in the living room and a DVD Player. The Full Kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes, silverware, and cookware. There are linens, towels, and a private Washer / Dryer for your convenience in the master bedroom for your convenience.

The two private balconies are equipped with chairs for a relaxing evenings in the breeze. A gated private staircase allows all renters direct access to the beach and beach level balcony with an outdoor shower and beach chairs to take to the beach, The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach.

The Master bedroom is next to the ocean so you can hear the waves even with the doors closed.

There is one designated parking spot for this rental that accommodates 2 standard cars, and it is directly in front of the unit.

Beach Time
The scenery is complete with both a breathtaking view of the Gulf and the sounds of the waves breaking on the beach. Play in the beach all day and rinse off in the outdoor shower.

Lastly, no more looking for the perfect beach spot since the unit is deeded all the beach to to the water!

Found this place for a last minute family beach trip. It was great, so nice to be near great restaurants, and grocery stores. Having to walk out to our own little area of beach was also nice. The owner was very responsive to all questions. Recommend this place or any of his other places. Hope to visit again

Positive: The location of the property is perfect. Beautiful beach and walking distance from shops, coffee, and bar. If you only care about the location and will spend minimal time in the house, it’s probably perfect for you. Large TV’s were nice for relaxing at night. Negative: Beds were horribly uncomfortable. Probably our biggest reason for 3 stars. This was a trip away from young kids and unfortunately, we don’t feel rested. Additionally, although it’s advertised, the one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, one roll of paper towel, etc etc..was a bit inconvenient. The rest of the furniture (couch) was also uncomfortable. All in all, I think improved furniture and a few extra supplies would make this a 5 star rating.

Perfect location, nice to be able to walk out to the beach anytime of the day and have a front seat. No rushing to claim your spot. We could look down both side and see umbrellas after umbrellas then our little section was so private. Town house had lots of beachy charm, we loved the outdoor patios. This townhouse is the top two floors with living room, kitchen and half bath on the 2nd floor with the two very large bedrooms and full baths on the 3rd floor. We were also surprised how clean everything was. We are simple people, and it had everything we needed. We absolutely loved our stay! Will definitely be coming back.

Initial first impression upon arriving: Needs some curb appeal. Maybe fresh coat of pain and clean bugs and spiderwebs around entrance. Initial first impression of inside: Very Clean and great view of beach. Only negatives in my opinion are the parking situation and too many stairs. But overall had a great stay. Would definitely book!

Good price on the beach but the unit is “tired”, deck needs repair, cheap on amenities, no cable/tv for night/rainy days, toys/beach chairs on the bottom deck are broken and scattered about, trash on dune and underneath deck. Not we’ll kept.

The pix of the property were accurate but the frugality of the owner was glaring. Only one dishwasher detergent pod and one laundry pod? Really? For 1 person or a family that is not enough. No cable tv? Not Netflix or showtime? What are people to do during rainy weather? Had a Kurreg but what if everyone wants coffee together? No blankets? It was cold most of the time there. Now we have blankets, a coffee maker and a Roku stick we don’t need at home simply to make our stay there comfortable. The amenities were sorely lacking.

This townhome was perfect for our family's long weekend of beach fun! The location is the BEST part of this home -- steps away from sand and it's a QUIET section of beach too. Great shops and restaurants are only blocks away. Beds were VERY comfortable too! It's an older home with imperfections in the bathrooms and paint, but we considered it charming. I'd suggest a few new kitchen tools and more coffee mugs, if I had to critique at all.

The updated kitchen was very nice with new appliances; the property does need some work; stairs from lower deck to beach walk in need of repair. I wasn't crazy about the dark color palette used because it's a bit dark inside and none of the blinds could be adjusted to open for more light, all poles missing so you couldn't open the blinds without raising them entirely. Didn't receive code within check-in email.

Loved the layout of this place. Sticks in the Sand is close enough to easily get a bite out at one of the delicious area restaurants (Vin’Tij was really good and Bijoux is fantastic!), but easy to grab a beach chair and completely unplug. The place was super clean and had all the necessities. Bring a fire stick or some streaming device- the tv setup is really good but the available channels are really limited. Beds are comfy and our stay was very quiet. Access and check-in are super easy. I loved heading to the beach and not worrying about losing a key or leaving the place open. All access doors are coded entry which is super smart. I recommend a nice Long Beach walk heading east (turn left), stopping at Whalestail on the way back for a nice refreshing tropical drink (or two). Cheers!
