A little disappointed

Overall the unit was nice and spacious and we enjoyed our time. My issues are: The 6 seater golf cart pictured, and that was promised, was not available. The 4 seater was inconvenient due to the position the aback seats face, No one wanted to ride backwards and not enjoy the scenery. The unit was infested with ants in the kitchen. Lastly, there are no shades or anything on the front or back doors of the unit. Neighbors and anyone that went by could look directly inside the unit. We had to put up sheets to cover the doors. Other than that. We had a great time and I would return

This is our 3rd year coming to Miramar Beach and staying in Sandestin Resort! We love it and will be coming back again next year. My vacation haven is really top notch in handling the properties. It's always sad to leave!

Convenient and Beautiful property.

We stayed here for a conference that was being held at the Hotel Effie. The house was extremely convenient since we were able to take the included golf cart or walk to the Hotel. The layout of the house was efficient and we enjoyed having private bathrooms for each bedroom. The rainshower showers were a plus!

Almost perfect

Positives - The house was very nice and just as described and pictured in the listing. It was very clean, which isn't always the case when renting pet friendly homes in our experience. The A/C worked great upstairs and downstairs, no hot spots! Communication with the management staff was very easy and convenient, and they were quick to respond to all of our inquiries. The location in Sandestin is great. Negatives - The only negative is that the 6-seater golf cart was out of service during our entire stay. We had a large group and purposely chose a home with two golf carts. We've stayed in Sandestin many times and have never had golf cart issues. Management kept us updated on the repair status but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed in time for our stay. This was a big disappointment for us.

Nice property, great location.

This is a very nice house in Villa Lago. We usually try to stay in this neighborhood when we visit Sandestin. The beds were comfortable, the house is spacious and we enjoy being on the golf course. We were extremely disappointed that we booked this house for the use of two golf carts and there was only one. I would've expected the property manager to reach out to us to offer us a loaner or some type of adjustment for not getting what we had paid for. No one ever reached out. I did not want to spend my vacation trying to contact them. I feel like they should have been proactive and contacted us. We are a family that heads in two directions (beach and golf course) and always look for properties with two golf carts. But I don't want to take away from the beauty of this home due to the lack of communication and concern on behalf of the property management. I did email them on the last day of our trip and still have not heard back.

Great Property

Very nice & well designed home in a great location. Super close to Baytowne Wharf (we walked) as well as the 3 golf courses within Sandestin. The house is a true 4BR/4BA with plenty of room. This place is gorgeous and in the perfect location. The manager is a company. They are great at automated emails and texts but dont respond at all if you have any questions or comcerns. Cool thing is youll have very little to complain about. Mine was the ice maker and the second golf cart. #firstworldproblems

Extended weekend for business activities at Sandestin

My wife and I have stayed at Villa Lagos on Boardwalk twice. The neighborhood is conveniently located near the Village, and maybe a 5 minute golf ride to the beach should that be an interest. The home was well appointed, operable and the two golf carts are helpful. The golf course side is more convenient if you bring a pet. The only caution is bring your own washing machine materials, dishwasher detergent. Not a biggie but just something to remember. If you have a preference for TP, bring it. The stocked material is “hotel quality”. We will stay there again. Delightful place to spend a weekend or two weeks.

Great house with great location

Property is clean with plenty room for everyone. Having the two golf carts was great. Located on the golf course, close to Baytowne Warf, and a golf cart ride from the beach, it is close to everything. We will definitely rent again.

Wish we could have checked in a little earlier know that no one was there. It was a very stormy day and not much to do to keep us busy until 4. My daughter said the stove was an issue? Took forever to make eggs. Otherwise everything was Great!

This condo was great. Beds were comfortable. Condo was clean. Two golf carts was very beneficial. Great location. Easy communication. The only thing I’d tell future renters would be to bring a couple extra garbage bags and dishwasher/ laundry pods if staying more then a day or two. There also isn’t anything for cooking (salt, pepper, oil, etc). Not a huge deal, just nice to know to plan accordingly. Highly recommend this condo.

I surprised my hubby with renting the villa and inviting friends and family! The villa was beautiful! Being on the golf course was so much fun watching the golfers! It we had time we May would have tried to squeeze some time in also. The golf carts made the trip so much fun! Tooling around with going to the wharf, the grand, and night riding to see the Christmas lights was a beautiful way to start the season and of course our next chapter! The villa was situated in a great neighborhood, so quiet and spacious! I loved the idea of having my crockpot which made it so easy to prepare meals with running in and out to see sights! I will definitely give this a Five! Thank you for having us!
