Great house with great location

Property is clean with plenty room for everyone. Having the two golf carts was great. Located on the golf course, close to Baytowne Warf, and a golf cart ride from the beach, it is close to everything. We will definitely rent again.

Great getaway

We had a wonderful stay celebrating a family birthday. The golf carts were a great addition and the guys took one while the girls took the other. So much space to spread out. We plan to come beck next year for our annual birthday celebration!

Convenient and Beautiful property.

We stayed here for a conference that was being held at the Hotel Effie. The house was extremely convenient since we were able to take the included golf cart or walk to the Hotel. The layout of the house was efficient and we enjoyed having private bathrooms for each bedroom. The rainshower showers were a plus!

Love the layout of the property and how everything was so close for us to get it. Having the golf cart available was amazing. We barely drove our cars anyway.

Great Location

With two golf carts and being right around the corner from the Wharf, this was a great spot. It felt clean, like home. My husband is very particular about “hotels” and says he always feels like his feet can’t touch the floor. He loved the place.
