The views in the promotional material accurately reflect the property. The elevator service in the condo was prompt. The beach crowd the second week of May is comprised mostly of adults, and families with younger children.

Great Stay!

Even though we arrived just as the Historic Snowstorm of 2025 was arriving, we loved our stay. The view is fantastic, great location and host made it all easy. The bed was very comfortable and the shower head makes up for the shower being in the tub. The kitchen is well stocked, so if you choose to cook it is not a problem. We will return when we choose to stay in a one bedroom!

The condo was lovely and perfect for our anniversary get-away! It was well decorated and comfortable with an awesome view of the pools and the beach/gulf. Convenience to the restaurants on the property and Baytown Wharf made this an ideal place for us! We’ll be back!

Absolutely perfect!!

From the very beginning of booking, until the end of our stay, Neal was wonderful about answering my questions and making sure it was a perfect vacation for me and my family. Absolutely stunning view and gorgeous condo!! I highly recommend staying here and we plan to return again next year. Property has everything you need and is meticulously clean and beautiful.

Great view and great location

Everything is as said in the listing. We really enjoyed waking up to the beach view from our bed each morning. Our family rented our chairs for the week and loved proximity to Baytowne and Grand Boulevard. Property manager was super accommodating. We loved our stay.
