Located near the beach, this single-level home is family-friendly and easily accessible. The well-lit path to the entrance to the front door makes it convenient for guest. The complex offers a private gated boardwalk that is just a short walk from the home.
Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a ceiling fan, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows on the TV with cable and Netflix streaming, or step out onto the balcony to take in the Gulf breezes and relax.

The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances including a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker. The condo also includes a shared washer/dryer that is just outside the door, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Relax by the outdoor pool or hot tub, or take a short walk to the heated pool for a refreshing swim. With towels and linens provided, as well as a variety of safety features such as a smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector, you can relax and enjoy your vacation worry-free.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
