Shortly after checking in around midnight, we encountered an unexpected situation. Despite the late hour, the manager handled everything calmly, efficiently, and with genuine care. We were immediately assisted with a room change and upgrade, provided breakfast, and kindly offered luggage storage for the day — all of which were incredibly helpful for our travel schedule. What impressed us most was the manager’s composed attitude and clear sense of responsibility, especially at such a late hour.
