「初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！ 防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。 歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。 近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。 都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！」

「Expedia map sent me to completely the wrong area, more than 1km away from the hotel. Without a friendly local who works as a courier I would have been very lost. Property itself is very clean and nice. Because of a serious medical issue I could spend only 1 night instead of the seven that I paid for. I was told at checkout and by expedia message that their policy did not allow reimbursements, but they would review my special case with management. They never did.」

「Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku. The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great. There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.」

「The room I stayed was clean and well-equipped. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Yet the room is space-limited, I think it’s fine for one person but may not be sufficient for two persons. Generally it’s a good accommodation for me. 」
