「There should be more better breakfast options available and maintain more staff so that guests are not waiting to be checked in we had to wait for 30 minutes before someone showed up at the front desk. But the lady was politely asked for excuse as she was busy. That was acceptable as she was the only person on the front」

「Beautiful place. Nice clean and spacious room. We are not a fan of the memory foam beds. Neighbors were noisy after 11 pm.」

「Very nice staff」

「Jenna was not on site but immediately responded to my text asking to check in early. She kindly told me how to access the key to my room, which was clean and tidy. There were plenty of towels, 2 hand-soaps and a hairdryer, but there were no shampoo/conditioner/lotion available. The beds and bedding were comfortable, which my back appreciated! The water pressure was good and plenty of hot water; the tub however had trouble draining and the towel rack was loose and fell apart when I hung my towel....

「Electrical plugs were all loose and difficult to get to work. We had two nights scheduled however the party noise right outside our windows made for very poor sleeping so we left only staying one night. We complained to the management and they said they would talk to them.」

「The owner's were incredibly helpful and the accomodations were great. Just be mindful that the bathrooms are very cozy.」

「Nice clean and updated room.」

「I am accustomed to Hilton properties and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of this hotel stay. They did not have some of the amenities I normally enjoy at Hilton Properties, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean.」

「We weren’t even able to check in because no one would answer the door or the phone! I could hear it ringing and there were lights on and vehicles out front but no answer. We had been on the road for hours and were happy to arrive. The pictures of this motel are very misleading. It’s a dump and I’m actually grateful they didn’t answer the door because I read other reviews online and apparently there are many issues with this property.」
