"Dog track of a hotel. Not sure how this is rated 4 stars. Old run down rooms that smell like mildew, things falling apart, rust, and damaged. "

"The shower was terrible and the rooms are very old and not updated. You can hear every sound from outside as well as the rooms around you. Everything is very mediocre, the front desk staff was very lax and didn’t really give much info. The bed was hard and overall just not convenient. "

"The panoramic view of Mission Bay is beyond beautiful, the home is very nice, modern and clean. One of the bedroom has an overwhelming smell of dog(s) the second bedroom has that same smell but it’s minimal. Had a little bit of trouble with communication of the code to access the home but the direct point of contact responded quickly. The only suggestion I’d recommend; have foil available if possible. Overall the walking distance to the beach, Belmont Park, convenient store and restaurants with the beach front view was amazing!! I have a family of six and this home was very accommodating!! Last consideration when booking; it gets a little warm during the day, they definitely have made accommodation for this! I’m from Phoenix Arizona so I know hot! "

"Overall a great place to stay for a few days of rest and relaxation. Pictures are accurate to unit and listing is accurate to units location. The only thing listing did not mention was that you are steps away from a roller coaster (luckiky for us the coaster was under maintenance) and that the AC may not be useable during certain months.. was not a big deal to us as most days the temperature was not an issue so we did not ask the host if there was a way to turn it on. Host had fans and a screen slider that helped keep the unit very comfortable. The host was super helpful and allowed us to checkin slightly earlier than when unit was ready. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view of the park across the street. And just 2 blocks to the ocean. Parking was not too much of an issue, just be sure to pay attention to signs if using street parking. Overall a pretty great place to stay! Was super happy to have access to beach towels and beach chairs/umbrella. "
