“This is a great property within walking distance of everything that is downtown Memphis. There were 14 of us staying at the condo and we had so much space. The ping pong table and shuffle board was great for the kiddos. Will definitely use this place again. We also like the gated parking ”

“We were 2 couples touring Memphis and we chose this place because it was about 10 minutes to Beale Street and 15 minutes to the airport. Also, parking was not a problem. There were 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I liked that it had a Smart TV so we could have watched Netflix is we wanted. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. I can’t say anything negative about the place or the owner. I would recommend!”

“We had a wonderful time. I surprised my husband for his 40th bday. Jr even had a bday surprise for him. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Condo was cute and very clean. It was super easy to get in and very safe. It was walking distance to Beale street. We would definitely stay here again. ”

“The place was great and the residents in the building were some of the nicest people I have ever met! Parking is on the street which during a festival wasn’t ideal, but we really didn’t have any issues. The hallway to the building smelled like marijuana, but the apartment did not and was clean and perfect for what we needed. We also got quick responses from the host which was helpful.”
