“I thought I have reserved a King Assessable room. What I got was a room with a step in tug not a walk in shower. The only assessable feature that was for a handicap was parking spot in front of the door but not street level ramp that would lead up to the walkway. I will say that the receptionist Jasmin was very understanding and instantly issued me a credit.”

“The swim amenities were not in use. That was something we looked forward to. But other than that, it was a great visit. And the buffet dinner at the restaurant was delicious! Parking is FCFS. There was an event that caused me to park elsewhere until they left. Overall, great experience and I would recommend it to anyone.”

“The property was in unacceptable condition upon our arrival. The sheets, pillows, and towels were visibly stained. The bathtub was dirty, and the toilet had a noticeable ring around the bowl. Additionally, there was standing water around the edges of the sink and on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and lacked basic cleanliness and sanitation standards. It was a very disappointing experience.”

“Great unique property with nice amenities.”

“Staff at check in just stared at me and didn’t speak to me (despite my standing in front of her and her looking me in the eye). I eventually addressed her first. She didn’t apologize for my wait (I had stood there as she was checking someone else in for about 10 minutes). She said she couldn’t find the reservation for the person in front of me but then found it; she did the same with me. Not hospitable at all. The staff I left the keycard with the next day was very friendly. The bathroom……

“Staff is great. Rooms are very clean.”

“The rooms are clean and worth the price”

“Front desk staff was great. A÷ The bathroom was nothing to brag about...uneven ceramic tile, tub/ shower needed updating badly, floor creeked in bathroom and the next floor above did as well, AC was not cooling properly. Overall, I've seen worse but for the price they charge, it should have been much nicer. The online pics are misleading. The outside property was nice.”
