-Beautiful historic home with a location that you just can't beat. Walking distance to downtown, the river, hikes, University of Montana, Griz games and many more destinations. Come see all that Missoula has to offer while enjoying one of the best neighborhoods in town.
-This property is a two bedroom one bathroom home located on a spacious corner property with plenty of yard and porch space. Near by spots: Florabella is a 1 block away, Roxy movie theater is a 5 min walk, famous Rockin' Rudy's store is 1 block away, University of Montana is a 10 min walk, downtown Higgins Bridge is a 10 min walk, Gild Brewery is a 5 min walk, river trail is 10 min walk away. Ideal location for walking and enjoying all that Missoula has to offer.

We stayed here when in town for a concert at Washington Grizzly stadium and it was perfect! Walking distance, comfortable, and quaint as advertised. Brian was also a great host!

Home is in a fantastic location. Walkable to the University, downtown, and the historic slant street area of town. It was clean and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay in this house. There were some minor details of the amenities provided that could be updated and improved upon.

The home is in a great location! Brian was very responsive and flexible with check-in/check-out. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We really loved using the front porch to enjoy our coffee! We would absolutely stay here again!

402 Blaine was a lovely old home in a tree shaded near downtown neighborhood. We walked to restaurants and a great ice cream shop! The home was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely come back again!

Cozy and convenient
Location was perfect for a short visit to see family. Just a couple of minor suggestions- folding tables that can be used for night stands in master bedroom ( or reduce bed to queen to make room for nightstands) and some kind of shelves or table in bathroom.
