「I reached there on my booking date and someone else was already in my room claiming that they have booking for the same room. So basically my room had double booking so i couldn't stay there. I tried to contact management or customer service but no one was accessible. I had to book another hotel and stay there. I have now applied for refund, which i hope i get 100 back..」

「It’s was 6:30 am and the house manager went door to door waking everyone up about the restroom. She asked who flooded the floor and left water everywhere. It was more like a disciplinary house. There was a lot of loud talking till 1 AM. And it will start back about 7 AM by the house manager and some of the guests. The pictures that are on the app are not actually pictures of the property false advertising. Although if you’re desperate, it needs somewhere to go it will do temporarily.」
