「Great hotel however service at the restaurant was poor and the tiles around the swimming pool need maintenance 」

「The pictures provided of the property were not what we were greeted with. Pool was closed and extremely run down, room windowsills had a sort of black powder on them, stained pillows on the bed. Wasn’t expecting the Ritz but definitely expected more for the price for one night. 」
