Location Description
In the center of Mittelberg you will find the aparthotel with our integrated apartment. In the immediate vicinity you will find 'two-country ski region' (Kleinwalsertal u. Oberstdorf). Of course, numerous hiking trails lead past our apartments or their vicinity. Both the motorway and the train station can be reached quickly. SUMMER MOUNTAIN RAILWAYS INCL.
Our apartment is newly renovated and modern, 38 square meters, non-smoking apartment. Living / dining room with sofa bed (3-person), satellite TV, telephone, WiFi in the apartment and passage to the balcony. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, separate kitchenette with 4-plate (ceramic), dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and Senseo, fully equipped for up to 5 people. Washlet. The location is quiet in the Bödmen district, the center of Mittelberg is approx. 700 m away, bus stop 50 m away.
What does the facility offer: reception, cozy restaurant, Pilsstüberl with bowling alley, coin-operated launderette, kiosk with bread service.
Everything for children: children's playground, children's ski courses.
For fitness: indoor pool, sauna, sports hall for volleyball, table tennis and badminton. And a new wellness (for a fee)
Ski area: The Kleinwalsertal, the largest Austrian-German ski area, offers up to 2000 meters of ski enjoyment in all levels of difficulty. Mountain names like Ifen, Walmendingerhorn, Fellhorn and Kanzelwand are fixed terms for family-friendly holidays among winter sports enthusiasts. There are countless opportunities for carving and powdering for skiers, snowboarders, telemarkers and ski tourers. A single ski pass for 47 lifts and 124 kilometers of slopes in conjunction with Oberstdorf enables high-quality winter fun in the whole valley and on the swing to the neighbors. The cross-border winter sports area Kleinwalsertal / Oberstdorf starts at 850 meters (Oberstdorf) and extends to 2,200 meters on the Nebelhorn.

Das war eine wunderschöne,erholsame Woche!
Hier hat alles gestimmt.Die Wohnung war perfekt und liebevoll eingerichtet.Wir haben nichts vermisst.Die Willkommensüberraschung sehr lecker und großzügig!Das kinderfreundliche Hotel ist allerdings sehr laut und die Nacht früh vorbei.Aber wer will bei schönstem Wetter mit Sonne und soviel Schnee schon ausschlafen???
Wir nehmen es gerne in Kauf und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung
Wir waren in den Pfingstferien in der Wohnung 424 als Familie mit 3 Kindern und haben die Urlaubszeit voll genossen. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer super Lage direkt vor den Alpen mit herrlicher Aussicht. In der Tiefgarage stehen Gepäckwägen bereit. Es befinden sich drei Fahrstühle im Gebäude. Die Türen in den Gängen gehen automatisch auf. Man kommt in eine sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtete blitzsaubere Wohnung rein. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man im Alltag so braucht. Hier einige Sachen, mit welchen wir nicht mal gerechnet haben: Hausschuhe für Gäste, Nähkästchen, Erstehilfebox, Schere, Kerzen, Putzmittel, DVD-Player, Gesellschaftsspiele und natürlich der Willkommenskorb! Herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Eigentümer fragen sogar telefonisch nach, ob alles den Wünschen entspricht, was wir ganz nett fanden.
Die Müllentsorgung befindet sich direkt auf der Etage im Treppenhaus. Die Temperatur im Schwimmbecken war stets 29 Grad warm. Die Sonne schien den ganzen Tag über in das Wohnzimmer rein, was die Urlaubsstimmung immer hoch gehalten hat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!!!!!

Eine moderne, gepflegte und sanierte Wohnung :-)
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts - ganz im Gegenteil. Die Wohnung verfügt über sehr viele Annehmlichkeiten! Außerdem ist sie modern und neu eingerichtet, gepflegtes Geschirr und Töpfe, eine hochwertige Einrichtung, Sonne auf dem Balkon am Nachmittag.... Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :-)
