"This place is great, dynamite really. Close enough to Kruger, great and knowledgeable and energetic hosts, know so much about the birds and animals, and lots else, a cool international vibe, and more fun than I've had traveling in a long time"

"Camp Shawu Tents have a unique location in front of a watering hole that house Hippos, and see a string of animals come to hydrate like elephants, impalas, and giraffes....You can seat on your deck and enjoy the show. "The property was absolutely amazingly. Very clean and well kept, the landscaping and grounds were perfectly manicured. The restaurant served great food and drinks and the staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were also perfect for what we needed. There was nothing we didn't like about the property or our experience. We only wish we were able to spent more time there."

"Das Personal war freundlich und man hat sich sicher gefühlt. Wir hätten uns noch über einen Haartrockner gefreut, dieser wurde aber nicht versprochen. Um günstig und in Nähe zum Malelane Gate zu übernachten zu empfehlen."

"Clean, quiet and The host Jeremy was very helpful and accommodating."

The absolute highlight? Coming back from our Kruger Park trip to find that the lodge management had washed our car! We’ve stayed in countless places, but we have never experienced...
