Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single-level townhome has great views of both the Moab Rim and Gold Bar Rim and is only a couple minute walk to the central downtown area.
The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside. The living area has an open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group! Cozy up by the fireplace and stream your favorite shows on the large smart TV. The wood firepit on the patio is a wonderful place to gather and share stories of the days' activities or toast some smores! There is a walking path at the end of the sidewalk that follows Millcreek and is a lovely place to walk the dogs or enjoy a shady stroll. The bmx track is also at the end of the street. The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed and a large attached bathroom. The patio doors off the bedroom open up to the back patio. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. There are two rollaway beds available for extra (light) guests.
A protected courtyard with a grill plus multiple other outdoor seating areas and a private fenced back yard makes this home perfect for family and friend gatherings! Plenty of games and guide books are also provided and there's a ping pong table located in the garage.
Enjoy a refreshing soak in the indoor community pool just steps from the house. This is one of the only year round pools in Moab!
