Very nice property with comfortable spaces. Easy access to the property and local sites. I'd definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Moab. We loved the ability to quickly reach local restaurants and shopping, as well as the national parks and sites. We had one maintenance issue that was quickly and efficiently resolved.

Great place

Very clean, updated and within close proximity to everything in Moab. Loved that we could take the dogs too. Master bedroom is very private. Loved having the community pool.

Good place to relax after visiting the parks

Loved this as our “home base” while we were in Moab to visit the parks. Quiet neighborhood with nice views from the backyard. Restaurants and grocery store are a short drive away. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had the tools we needed, and it was clean.

Home away from home

A great home that is dog friendly and walkable to all the Moab restaurants. The drive to Arches was only 5 min. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Condo was nicely appointed with amenities (Aveda soaps) and nicely furnished. Short stay and did not use complex pool. Enjoyed sitting in the backyard. Location to town and nature trails/parks was great.

Nice, clean, well-furnished property in a great location

The property was well-equipted, clean, and as described. Its location is great: a rather easy walk to most restaurants and drive/bike to Arches. It was well-furnished and well-laid out. The "access to pool" mentioned is actually year-round access to an indoors heated pool.

The property was EXTREMEMLY clean and well-maintained, in addition to being conveniently located near Arches and Canyonlands, Moab eating and history, and other scenic drives. It's spacious (so many little congregation setups), in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, and just what my family needed while away from home. Great communication, too. Five stars all around!

Stuck in Moab

We were stuck in Moab with our two pups due to Truck breaking down while on vacation pulling our RV. This townhome was our home away from home! Very accommodating when we had extend our stay two more nights. Very clean and completely stocked with everything we needed. Fenced yard for pups was a plus! Great grocery store minutes away. Would definitely recommend!

We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and cooking basics (oil, spices, etc.) No perishable items were provided except coffee, which was very good.This is a great basecamp set up as well as a good place to kick back and relax. Loved it and hope to stay here again!

All was good except the pool access door was very hard to get into . Other guests had the same problem. This needs to be fixed. A simple lock change would do it so the code works without moving the handle a certain way .. the money spent on
