The host was great and even called to let us know in advance that there was a small leak from the roof that was a non issue. The leak was resolved by the hoa very quickly. The host also worked with our schedule to allow us to checkin slightly early. Will definitely try to stay here again when I return to Moab.

Place was well located to Moab and activities, as well as Arches National Park. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen and bath amenities like shampoo and conditioner. Pool was a little crowdedBut that was to be expected with it being so hot! Overall a great stay.

The property overall is ok. The pool and hot tub area are very nice. The pictures on the site are definitely taken by a professional as the space is not as big and open as it seems. We had a snafu at arrival the condo was not very clean. I contacted the host who sent the cleaner to the condo….this is where it gets uncomfortable and awkward. The host wanted me to tell the cleaner what needed to be cleaned. The host asked for photos which I sent to her. At that point I was honestly trying to find another rental to stay at…unfortunately it was Jeep week in Moab and nothing was available.
