Perfect location

This was a perfect and quite location. Easy drive to the ce ter of town as well as Arches and Canyonlands. Beds were very comfortable and house was big and clean. Great place to stay with good views.

Nice Moab Condo for family of 5

This was a beautiful place in a very clean and new neighborhood. Ample parking tons of room, just outside of town, so nice and quiet (and dark for the stargazers) at night. Would happily return.

Comfy townhome / condo in a good location, nice neighborhood, 10min or so to town. Super well maintained, very clean & comfortable. Great communication on check-in / check out. Was great having a garage to store our mountain bikes. Would definitely put on my "go there again" list.

Great stay

This was home base for us as we visited Arches and Canyonlands. The home and pool were a great respite after morning hikes. Clean and cool inside the home. TV reception was dependent upon the internet so it was spotty at times but I think that is a result of the mountains. The garage was a bonus!!

Spacious, clean and very comfortable

We stayed at the this property for four nights and everything was great. Everything you need to feel at home is provided. The house was clean, the linens were plentiful and plush. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was quite comfortable. The management company is great! Communication is flawless, and it is clear that they really know how to take care of a vacation home. We recommend this home very highly.

Nice place in Moab

We are a family of 5. There was plenty of space in the bedrooms, dining area and the living room. The large sectional in the living area was nice for us all to be able to hang out. There was plenty of hot water for all of us. One word of caution is the water is very hot and could easily burn someone. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Clean and comfortable!

Very accommodating and comfortable for our family of 4! The only thing lacking was kitchen items. We cooked and ate most of our meals at the condo, but had to constantly do dishes due to the 4 glasses and 7 forks. Otherwise great though!

There was some noise in the morning from the jeeps.

My husband, 2 adult children and I stayed in the condo near Moab. The house was perfect for the 4 of us. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Beds were comfortable. Community was quiet. Showers were great with plenty of hot water. The kitchen was stocked so we could make breakfast and dinner there. The property was close to the National parks and everything in Moab. We had one question with the air conditioning. It was quick and easy to reach the rental company for help. We would stay again!!

Very clean and quiet! Nice outdoor area with tables, chairs and grill! Huge master bedroom! Other two bedrooms a little tight. Comfortable beds! Kitchen had more small appliances than average VRBOs we’ve stayed in the past! Property manager communications was great! Minor little issues here and there, but would stay here again in the future!
