Moab stay

The condo was great, our group was very comfortable. The only problem was the sheets on the master bed, they were very stained and looked dirty. After a simple change of bedding we found in the unit, all was well.

wonderful well appointed condo

This condo was so great. We had thanksgiving there and the kitchen was so well stocked it made preparing the meal just like home. Very spacious and worked wonderful for 2 families. We loved the ping pong table on the rainy day. Would for sure stay there again.

This home was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and our two adult daughters. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view and was extremely roomy and comfortable, with lots of little amenities that made our stay even nicer. All rooms were very clean, with plenty of towels and tons of storage. The kitchen was well stocked and we really loved the large counter seating for quick meals (along with a full size dining table). Communication with the property manager was excellent and prompt. My only personal complaint was that the above-counter cabinet where drinking glasses are stored, is extremely difficult to reach as it is over a wide part of the counter. I'm only 5'3". Maybe a small step-stool would be helpful? Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this lovely property and would stay there again in a minute!

Great family stay in Moab

This property was great! The host provided quick communication and quickly fixed the one little issue we had. The property was clean and we appreciated the clutter free, clean and well stocked house. It was the little things that made this stand out - fans stocked for the bedrooms, toiletries, and labels on light switches!! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and provided plenty of space to spread out and unpack. This is a great place to stay with a family and would highly recommend.

Beautiful Vacation in Moab

Location of the condo is just outside of downtown Moab. Condo is well stocked with kitchen items, towels and the pool is just around the corner from the condo. Easy set up for families with small children. We would stay here again.

Perfect getaway

We have stayed at nervous vacation rentals in Moab and this is one of the best. Well stocked, very clean, everything just as advertised and very easy and convenient. The property manager was great at assuring we had a pleasant stay and access when we arrived late at night. We visit Moab with our dog and Rim Village is a pet friendly area and close to trails and town, but quiet and out of the hustle. We will definitely stay here again.

great spring break stay!

Our family of 4 had a nice stay for a recent spring break national park visiting trip. It was perfectly great. the beds were comfortable, the views were delightful. Things in the house were well explained and labeled, except for where to find pool towels, and an access code for the pool. (We managed to find them both!) We found the cooler in the garage on our last day - that would have been useful for the day trips to the parks for packed lunches, I appreciate that it was there.
