Great Time Had By All

This was a great base camp for my family of 4 + my in-laws on our annual trip to Moab. Plenty of room for everyone, clean, and well-stocked. Communication was excellent!

Nicely located condo, clean, spacious. Only complaint was the water pressure if more than one device in operation for a shower. Thanks for a great space!

Utah parks vacation

Moab is a great play to visit, so much to offer. This rental was a good fit for our family of 6. We enjoyed the space and kids swam in the pool every day. The rental was well stocked with towels and beds were very comfortable! Very quiet outside of Moab. Would recommend! Only suggestion is that the carpet in living room and hallway is definitely showing wear, needs a deep clean or replaced - carpet tack strip by the dining room poked our feet a few times.

The property is clean, pool looks nice (though we didn't swim), quiet, close to town. The amenities were as expected. We only stayed one night, but were quite happy with our stay.

Wonderful Moab Weekend

Great property with a highly communicative homeowner. The property was spotless, well appointed, reasonably priced and very accessible to all that Moab has to offer. I had no confusion as to how to access the property and the expectations of the owner. Everything was well done and we enjoyed the property very much.

Nice but needed improvements

Nice place. I would stay again. But when we got there the place was extremely hot. Took forever to cool down. Also the water pressure in the master bedroom was so low that it was impossible to shower.

This property is a 5 star. It’s very well maintained. When we arrived unit had all cleaning supplies and paper towels. There were plenty of towels and napkins. Beautiful view from balcony. Super location . Nice pool area. There is no cable in the property and Apple TV didn’t connected with my phone. You will hear noise from pool area until 10pm. Overall I would stay at this property again.
