Beach in Moclips
Cute house- comfy bed. Not a really well stocked kitchen (coffee filters, sugar, salt, etc,) bathroom ok, pretty tiny. If you’re traveling with a dog, I’m sure this place is great. We weren’t and it was a little doggy in the living room for non dog folks. That’s totally on us though, the dog element was clearly disclosed. Couldn’t locate a first aid kit, might be there someplace.

The perfect beach house
My adult daughter and I were totally pleased. The house was all that was advertised, and more. Clean, comfortable, very well-furnished kitchen. The description stated that there was no central heating, only a space heater. So we were pleasantly surprised to find a gas-powered heater in the living area that kept the house really cozy, even the bedrooms. Beds were very comfortable. The nearby beach access is apparently not maintained, so it was a bit difficult for me (83 yrs), but there is another access not much more than a block away in the other direction, which even cars can enter unimpeded. Wonderful wide sandy beach. We recommend this house wholeheartedly! Would love to spend some time there again!

National Park Trip
While we ended up doing more driving because we stayed further south than what we realized, this cottage was the perfect place to come back to and cook dinner. We were able to unwind and prepare for the next day in a quiet neighborhood while seeing the ocean.

Location to the beach is excellent. Easy check in instructions and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only issue I can find is the windows are missing screens, but not a huge issue. I would gladly stay here again.

Lovely cottage. Lock box very difficult to get into. Gas fireplace not operational and no written instruction. Multiple attempts to resolve over the stay EXTREMELY frustrating and never resolved. Generally clean but dust, dirt and dog hair on floor around fireplace. Friend was covered after getting off the floor looking at stove. Very disappointed. Words did not reflect actions. Second thoughts about using Vrbo/Vacasa again.

Peaceful Ocean Getaway
Checkin was as easy as a text message with door codes. Home was spotless and comfortable. The beach was a short walk away, often empty though the weather was perfect, and provided a peaceful spot to recharge. There’s a small store for essentials and many gorgeous beaches along the scenic highway.

Loved it!
We were unfortunately not able to get to Moclips until the last day of our planned visit because of travel issues. It was so nice to get to the beautiful cottage with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The cottage was so comfortable and relaxing. We loved the wood floors, brightly colored wood paneled walls and the tin ceiling in the bathroom. The kitchen was very well stocked for fixing full meals. Loved it!

Don’t judge a book by its cover
Our first impressions of the neighborhood were a bit disappointing, but the cottage was adorable, clean, and felt specious despite its small size. Great access to a gorgeous beach! Microwave handle was broken, shower curtain was mildewed and no dishcloth or kitchen sponge provided. I tried to contact management but was on hold waaaay to long so I hung up. All that said, we’d go again!

Overall we had a very great trip. Cozy cabin lots of towels and hot water. The cost per day seemed a little confusing to me, as there were numerous fees not included in the cost per day, yet added to the cost all together, though all told was an affordable trip. One of the chairs was missing a bolt nut and washer that would have held it together a little better.

Wonderful little Cottage
The property is perfect for two or a couple with one/two/children/companion. The dishes were excellent, the bedding is good quality. Some minor maintenance issues that did not impact our trip. Ready access to the beach. Lots of clamming on the beach so bring your gear. Lots of local friendly dogs. Good internet, no phone service without a short walk.

This property is literally a 1/2 block to the beach. It's on a quite street and not far from a grocery store, mini-mart, and food. The beach is amazing.

This cute, cozy little cabin is well-equipped and within steps of the beach. We visited in late November and the weather was stormy! Bring extra towels for drying off after beach adventures as there were bath towels but no beach towels. There were plenty of movies and games to keep us occupied between beach strolls and there is a partial view of the ocean from the front window. One note - there are bunk beds (double and twin) in one of the bedrooms and a double bed in the other. It worked out ok for us but not what we expected based on the description and photos. Overall, two thumbs up!

Great family location!
Loved the single over double bunk bed for kids of different ages. Plenty of room for family dinners and game nights. Nice to be able to leave the screen door closed with the main door open for light and spread out onto the spacious porch. The beach is a very short walk away just two houses down the street. Very quiet at the far end of the street.

Cozy clean beach home on quiet little street
This home was clean, cozy and perfect for our ocean getaway. It was well equipped with everything we needed. It’s located toward the end of a dead end street in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. You can see the ocean from your window and the trading post had the best Indian Taco Tuesday specials in their little deli as well as the essentials (no meat or produce, you’ll need to stop at a bigger town for that.) Moclips isn’t at all touristy but it’s a great beach a short drive away from Ocean Shores or Seabrook if that’s what you’re looking for.

The property has partial ocean views from the front room and porch. Beach access is just just two houses down and within ten minutes you can have your feet in the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the cabin was furnished with everything we needed to cook our meals. Shower was a little small but still give this cabin an excellent rating.

Clean, secure, quiet, would book again!
This is a really nice little cottage! We weren't expecting much after having a less than stellar previous experience at the Crab Cottage across the street, but this place was great. Clean, well stocked, secure, easy access to the beach, etc. We enjoyed the very random movie collection and even had a good time cooking in the kitchen. We couldn't quite figure out how to turn off the heat so it was a bit roasty, but thankfully there were windows to open. I'd definitely come again!

This impeccably clean, sweet cottage was just the thing I needed for a little get-away. I loved it and also being so close to the beach was wonderful. Only drawback was that AT&T seems to have no signal here so no phone service at all. I had decent signal at the beach though... just not at the cottage.

Better than I expected
It was wonderful. We brought our own groceries, had every day on the beach, felt safe in the neighborhood. There was an unavoidable maintenance problem and the manager took care of it within minutes. My husband is big guy and the shower was tricky (small). We will be booking again with Vrbo. Hotels are more expensive and without all the comforts.

Modest but good value
Across street from beach so good location for the price. Had everything we needed except no kitchen towels, no blankets on bunk beds. Small screen TV but great selection of movies. We enjoyed our brief stay but the 10:00 am check-out was earlier than the usual 11:00 am we are used to.
