「Riva’s Hotel was overall a very pleasant experience. Staff was helpful and friendly and the location was close to the waterfront. The rooftop restaurant had a beautiful view and good food. Loved walking everywhere within 15-20 minutes to shop, eat and sightseeing. Our room was comfortable and nice, although there were items that needed repair and maintenance. Overall, I recommend this boutique hotel.」

「We booked the room on the top floor with a large balcony. It had no view but it was lovely to sit outside. The building from the outside is attractive. The room could do with some maintenance but it was functional. The room was cleaned every day if you needed and the lady was always helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel since it is located in a very busy area with lots of restaurants and shops and close to the ferry.」

「I booked this hotel expecting a decent stay, but honestly it was horrible. As a single woman, I felt very unsafe here. Someone tried to unlock my door at 3 a.m., and that alone was enough to make the entire experience frightening. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
