Praticamente all'interno del policlinico di modena. Personalmente ho trovato questa struttura comodissima per il mio scopo. Colazione variegata e completa di tutto.

Hotel economico
Hotel basico, quindi senza nessun orpello... obiettivamente al limite, insomma un po' tristarello... ma escludendo questo aspetto pulitissimo, servizi essenziali presenti (armadio, scrivania, condizionatore, tv, piano appoggio), parcheggio auto interno, e colazione decisamente buona e varia per un hotel di questo livello... Insomma una buona scelta in relazione al prezzo...

Goedkoop en eenvoudig hotel. Ontbijt eenvoudig maar goed. Eigen parkeerplaats aan achterkant van hotel. Kamers zijn gehorig. Er is geen lift.

Aardig personeel en behulpzaam. Als totaal was het een mooi prijsje voor als je in je eentje eenvoudig wil overnachten. En dan is het fijn als alles precies goed is.

Struttura ben tenuta, ampio parcheggio, pulizia eccellente, ottima e ben fornita colazione. Personale presente e molto disponibile. Se devo segnalare qualcosa di negativo: eccessivo spreco di acqua, secondo me, per avere acqua calda in doccia e stanza singola sulle scale perciò rumorosa anche di sera tardi e all'alba.

Solo pernotto
Soggiorno breve di una sola notte con partenza di mattina presto. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la struttura è dotata di parcheggio ed è curata nella pulizia e negli accessori forniti. Valutazione più che positiva, consigliato.

Övernattning för sightseeing i området
Hotellet var trevligt och fyllde väl sin uppgift som övernattning. Det ligger en bit utanför Modena varför man måste ta bilen till stan. I övrigt tyst och lugnt. Sköna sängar. Dock var rummet mycket litet och badrummet likaså. Saknade eluttag.

eaceful stay with free parking
I just needed a place to stay near central Modena, so the place was just what I needed. For me free parking (and parking in general) is very important, so they have private place for many cars. Reception was very friendly and we had fun.Not much to to in neighbourhood. Just a pizza-place in 200 m...good one, though!

R34，埼玉

モデナの近くで駐車場付きの安いホテルを探していたのでピッタリだった。共用のシャワーやトイレが気にならない人向けです。駐車場は広くてゆったり停められたので大満足です。朝食も無料でコスパは最高です。

Un giorno a Modena
Albergo pulito e ben tenuto. Personale molto gentile. Ottima posizione nei pressi dell ospedale, si può andare a piedi.parcheggio gratis. Hanno anche la Colazione per chi è intollerante al lattosio! Ci siamo trovati bene.

Bon accueil et sourires au rendez-vous. Chambre correcte, bonne literie. Propreté exemplaire. Facilité de parking. Le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré, néanmoins, très bon rapport qualité-prix.
