“We unexpectedly ended up at Hotel Dryce, but it turned out to be a great choice. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are nice and clean! There’s a room where you can grab water or coffee and the bar is a nice spot to enjoy a drink (even on a Monday evening!). The location is central and you can easily drive to places like the Stockyards and Terry Black’s BBQ :)”

“All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms and parking was great. Only problem we had was locating a luggage carrier. We had to carry lots of heavy luggage to the car. We asked the lady at the front desk (late afternoon) and she said some people take them in their rooms and use them like a closet. Not fair for other guests. I would recommend this hotel.”

“This was perfect! The unit was so cute and clean, the bed was so comfortable especially after a 10 hour drive. The start was so friendly. The ambience and vibe was super chill. Cute outside area for playing games and pool area fun. Rooftop on unit was lovely. 10/10 recommend!”

“There was no soap by the bathroom sink. Staff said shipment was delayed. No one could go to Costco to buy emergency bars of soap? During our four-day stay we had to pump body wash from the shower onto a tray to be able to wash our hands in the bathroom sink. Bathroom sink faucet had very little pressure and the hot/cold taps were opposite of what you would expect. Lobby was a mish-mash of seating and shapes and not attractive. Exterior was very unattractive.”

“Starting at 5:30am, the fire alarm let out one loud ring every 3 minutes. This obviously disturbed my sleep. I brought the issue up at the front desk during checkout and was told that the issue was happening in several rooms on property. There was no offer to 'make things right' with a discounted stay, a future discount, etc. The person working at the front desk made it seem like I was an inconvenience by bringing this issue up. That person then fielded two calls from other frustrated……

“Parking was in a shared lot. The pics are deceiving. We tried to get a refund but was told no. The entire experience was horrible. The ac did not work and the hotel staff did nothing to fix it. We asked about another room and was told they were all the same. I would not recommend this hotel. We ended up just leaving and going to the Hilton. ”

“Room was old. There was a bug. Hair on the bed. If my wife was with me she would have not stayed. ”
