“This is a cracking flat within a short walk of Dumfries town centre. From the outside, the flats don’t look too inspiring, but it’s clearly been renovated recently and it’s been done really nicely. The two rooms are pretty much identical doubles, and the living room/kitchen is a good size. Nice views of the river from most rooms, and a lovely small balcony coming off the main living area. Would definitely come back if in the area.”

“Lovely compact accomodation everything you needed and well presented and clean . Parking was easy, plenty of spaces close to property. Close to shops pubs and walks straight out of the door .”

“The location was as described. Across the street from a large grocery store and on a major route out of and into the city. But the house itself was older, dark and could benefit from a deep extensive cleaning.”

“I had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully renovated room for two nights in July. Everything is digital/online so check in was easy! Mark and Fiona reached out several times to check in. Parking onsite was helpful, too. The back entrance was not at all difficult to navigate and the door codes worked for me. It does feel a bit like entering the back door of a restaurant! I was there during the heat wave, and it stayed a generally comfortable temperature with the windows and blinds closed……
