「Fabulous breakfast included. Magnificent gardens and birds everywhere. Thank goodness for the underfloor heating on a freezing Johannesburg night. Been coming here for years and would not stay anywhere else. 」

「Atrocious behaviour of staff as my 14 year old daughter was refused entry and assistance because she forgot our room number and the Reception refused to our room for over 10 minutes leaving her extremely distressed. Could not get porter services on the day of checkout from the room inspite of pre-alerting them over 30 minutes prior. Rooms would not be be serviced unless you called for the team. WiFi unstable the whole time, cable TV without HD in such a high end establishment, the list is...
