The main lift to all 9 floors from reception wasn't working for 2 days. We were 'all inclusive' and the range of food at meal time was exceptional. Restaurant staff were really efficient in cleaning tables when guest left. Overall, a great place to stay.

Staff are very nice if you are nice to them. I suspect they get a lot of cra*. Food is good quality obvs it is a children friendly place but mealtimes were nice on the all inclusive variety and quality was decent for budget hotel

Good clean hotel. We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival and it was great. Basic, but tasty food and we always had lots of choices Pool was large and there were enough chairs for everyone. No complaints

This is my second stay here, and Thevroom was better this time, the hotel is very basic, but the areabis why I come. Taurito is lovely, nice beach 5 mins walk and great restaurants along the broadwalk such as Sunset Taurito where you find unlike in the hotel friendly service with a smile. Livvo needs better customer service, to make up for its basic outdated property

Excellent food, good all inclusive service, friendly staff, large rooms and balconies including a bedroom, living room, kitchen area with a fridge and bathroom. Facility to use washing machine and dryer. The pool is small, but the aquapark is next door. Free access but no all inclusive service.

Je viens de passer un semaine dans cette hôtel qui est super le lieu est idéal pour le farniente plage à 5 min à pieds et piscine gigantesque ou l on n’est pas entassés les un sur les autres Les repas sont bon un peu redondant. Par contre les personnes qui souhaitent y aller l hier ne parle pas français donc il faut je débrouille en anglais ou espagnol She non j y retournerai une très belle expérience

Struttura magnificente, curata ed elegante. Location di impressionante bellezza, tra natura, verde curato ed attività allegre ma non moleste. Personale disponibile e preparato, unica nota che stride con cotanta bellezza ed attenzione, sono i materassi ed i cuscini decisamente troppo soffici. La cura della ristorazione non passa inosservata per via delle serate "tematiche" e per la qualità delle materie prime, ad essere precisini, ma questo poi riguarda il gusto personale, ho notato un uso eccessivo di aglio in diverse pietanze, per quanto riguarda la pasta poi,non mi esprimo, perchè da buon italiano non ho velleità di trovarne buona oltre confine.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and overall very comfortable. For a 3-star hotel with a reasonable price, the food was surprisingly good. The best part of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff. Their positive attitude made everything easier and more enjoyable. I also loved the location – having a beach and a shopping center nearby was a big plus for me. I didn’t use the water park, but it looked clean and well-kept. The cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel were impressive. The rooms were spacious enough, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was also very comfortable for sleeping. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.
