Spectacular holiday home on the front line of Patalavaca Beach, in Mogán, one of the places with the most hours of sunshine in Europe, in Gran Canaria.

It is located on the third floor, as soon as you enter the Doñana building, take the lift and go down to the third floor, the same lift also takes you directly to the beach. The accommodation has limited parking, right in front of the building.



The exterior property, very bright and facing the sea, has a spacious and functional distribution, with a modern and elegant decoration that creates a cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Refurbished in May 2022, sustainability was carefully considered in the choice of materials and layout of the accommodation.



One of the highlights are the views, as it has a large glass window that opens up like a fan and stands like a large balcony overlooking the ocean. There is an electric awning over the window with remote control to regulate the amount of light we want to let in.



The living/dining room consists of a chaise longue sofa bed, a dining table for four with its comfortable seating, from where you can also work, helped by the inspiration of the view.



The bedroom has two 0.9-metre wide single beds, which can be pushed together as travellers wish, with a chest for storage, such as suitcases.

Thanks to the comfort of the beds and the scenery you can enjoy from the bed, the days will start differently.



The bathroom is very comfortable, with plenty of light, a large mirror as well as a washbasin, shower, washing machine, hairdryer and storage space.



The kitchen, fully equipped with high quality appliances, invites guests to prepare delicious meals with fresh local ingredients that will taste even better thanks to the panoramic views.
