  • Quiet and comfortable flat in Puerto Rico. A few minutes from the beach and shopping centres, with a magnificent large swimming pool and also a children's pool.



    This property offers sea views. Inside we have a bright living room with sofa bed, open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, a double bed with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom. The well-kept complex offers a superb adult swimming pool, children's pool and solarium, and is only a few minutes walk from a commercial centre where you can find supermarket, restaurants and cafes.



    From the terrace of the flat, you can enjoy magnificent views of the sea and the swimming pool.



    A place to disconnect and enjoy the sun, the marvellous Canarian climate and the tranquillity of a land where time passes more calmly.

Great location, basic property

We chose this apartment for its location as we know the area. I was concerned by its lack of reviews and requirement to pay the whole balance at the time of booking, 9 months in advance. The accommodation was quite basic and lacked what we are used to having provided in holiday accommodation compared to other properties we have stayed in. Eg although there was a washing machine there was no iron.
