「Room was great - modern hotel with everything virtually new. Staff were friendly and free breakfast is great. The location is great too, being the closest hotel to London Bridge. The only point to note is that rooms on the highway side of the hotel are quite noisy. The side with the bridge views is much better.」

「Sara was such a joy to be greeted by after our travels to reach Lake Havasu. Prior to our arrival, we had inquired twice about extending our stay ideally in the same room or worst-case scenario having to move rooms. Unfortunately, there wasn't an ability to accommodate our request. Upon our arrival, we asked Sara if there was any possibility to extend. Within a few hours, Sara worked some magic to allow us to stay and in the same room. We couldn't have been more thankful for the effort she took...
