Clean 3Br 2Ba 1400sqft House in the Colorado Riverfront Community, Willow Valley. Fully fenced large front yard & private back yard w/ BBQ, fire pit & outdoor shower. Plenty of parking for all your toys! Just a few minutes to boat launches, sandy beaches, golf courses, off-roading trails, and so much more. Year round activities right at your doorstep!
Master Bedroom has a California King Bed and private bathroom with double sinks, shower and garden tub. Guest Bedroom #1 has a King bed, Guest Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and they share a full bath with a single vanity, toilet, and shower/tub combo. Open living room area with vaulted ceilings and plenty of seating. Spacious Kitchen with tons of counter space for gathering and cooking. Brand new range stovetop with airfryer and ample kitchen supplies. Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer inside. The home is stocked with all the amenities! Enjoy the comfortable outdoor space for barbecuing, cozy fires and spectacular stargazing.

Beautiful, quiet place

This VRBO is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Excellent place to use as a base for major attractions. A few hours from Vegas, Grand Canyon, Phoenix, and Joshua Tree National Park. It’s only 30 minutes away from Laughlin, Nevada with a nice selection of casinos. Jennifer is a great host. We had a few minor issues and she responded promptly. Prior to arriving, she asked interests I have and she sent an extensive list of local activities and places to see. It was a great experience.

Perfect for 6

This house was perfect for 6 adults, in a cute community with lots of friendly locals. It was very clean and well stocked with everyday items, plus unexpected surprises for guests. Lots of parking and plenty of outdoor space to hang out. The host, Jennifer, was very nice and helpful. We have been going to Willow Valley for years and know how strict the rules are for beach access. Make sure to get your passes for the beaches, the Indian reservation will fine you and make a big deal about it. Overall, I can’t say enough positive things about our 5 day stay! Go check it out!
