  • Spacious house of 175 m² on 1 ha with direct access to the private pond, quiet, ideal for families or groups of friends.

    10 minutes from Rochefort and Malestroit (small cities of character), 20 minutes from Vannes, 25 minutes from the beaches.

    5 bedrooms, sleeps 11 + sofa bed, 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bath), equipped kitchen and large living room. Cinema room with video projector.

    Terrace, garden furniture, stone barbecue, table football, table tennis, petanque, darts, fishing.
