Located in the residential area of Campo de GOLF, Altorreal, just 5 m walk from the Club Social Golf. Spacious 300 m2 chalet with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a beautiful 90 m2 loft with its own terrace and excellent views.
Very quiet and charming area for golfers and walkers, as well as an excellent resting place for executives.
It has all the services (private security, supermarkets, shopping center, restaurants, gyms, schools, etc.)
Bus stop at the same door chalet to move to Murcia and Molina de Segura
10 minutes from the two large shopping centers in Murcia, Nueva Condomina and Thader, as well as IKEA.
Easy entrance to the urbanization by the A7 motorway, with direct exit to Alicnate, Madrid and Albacete.
Alicante airport distance: 40 minutes.
