「From the beginning stages of planning to our last day, Donna made our stay in Pensacola beyond wonderful. She was thoughtful, prompt to respond, and went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We took advantage of biking through the neighborhood, exploring downtown Pensacola, and of course enjoying the beautiful private beach. 「House was great and conveniently located with good water for a boat to be utilized at the dock. 」

「Beautiful houseboat that is vacation ready and so relaxing. Host is AMAZING!! Communication was easy, check in/out was a breeze and boat slips were plentiful. Location has restaurants so you having to cook is optional. Afternoons on deck were peaceful and enjoyed watching fish at night under the lights. We will be back!! 」

「We had a wonderful time here. It was my self and two friends. The property itself is beautiful. The guest house is perfect. It looks exactly like the photos and was very cleans and well kept. The kitchen was fully furnished and had everything we needed. There was even several things to clean up in case of any kind of accident.The bedrooms had extra fans and beach towels. The bathroom had a few amenities as well. The porch and view was gorgeous and the location was perfect. Very quiet area even...

「Let me first start off by saying, if you want the whole 5 star experience where everything is available to you at the touch of a button, this is not for you. This is a house you are renting from somebody, so bring what you think you will need for YOUR stay. If you're not sure, message the owner, she will let you know. 「We loved our stay here! It’s such a fun, unique experience. We had some rainy days and still enjoyed being on the water rather than just having a wasted beach day. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock, we saw large fish, crabs and even a dolphin right under our house! Close walk to downtown shopping and food and right by the bridge to drive to the beach. I’d love to stay again! 」
